Notice to All Residents Garage / Yard Sales
All residents are asked to complete a permit at no cost at the Mayor’s Office prior to having a garage and sale. Sale can be 3 days in duration with a maximum of 3 seperate sales per year.
They must obtain a permit each time they hold a sale.
Signs to promote the sale must contain the permit number and be no larger than 28”x36.”
Signs must be posted on a stake on private property. They cannot be nailed or stapled to utility poles.
